Property Description

This is a spacious apartment in a prime seafront position located between family friendly Cala Millor and fishing harbour of Cala Bona. The apartment has its own terrace which is ideal for sunbathing. 

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and built-in wardrobe, bedroom 2 has a king-size bed and built-in wardrobe, and patio doors open onto small terrace. Bedroom 3 has a single bed and built-in wardrobe.

Bathroom 1 has a sink, bath/shower over, WC and bidet. Bathroom 2 has a sink, WC and bidet.

The apartment has bright modern kitchen with built-in electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is an access door to the rear balcony/utility area.

There is also a large and bright lounge/diner with 2 sofas, one of which converts into a double bed. There's a small TV with satellite. There is also a small table to one side which has seating for 4. The room opens out via large double glazed patio doors to the balcony.

No towels are provided so you will need to bring some with you. However, all bedding will be supplied.

The lounge has an oil fired heater for use in winter. There are plenty of storage cupboards.

Clients are free to use any items found in the apartment including buckets and spades, fishing rods, dominoes and cards etc stored in cupboards.

The terrace has fantastic views to the sea and Cala Millor to the right with Cala Bona to the left. There is a table and 6 chairs. It has sun all day is sheltered and gets very hot. 

The apartment is located on the third floor of a privately owned block of apartments, with no lift. It is in a block of 5 apartments, one to each floor.The outside entry to the block is accessed via a locked door (you will have a key) but an intercom is linked direct to the apartment which allows access at the push of a button.

Everything is within 50 metres of the apartment. The beach is just seconds from the doorstep across the promenade to the right and extends for 3km. It is a soft sandy beach. Cala Millor is an ideal place to stay if you play golf. There a 4 superb courses all within 5 miles of our apartment. These include Pula 2m, Son Servera 2m, Canyamel 4m and Capdepera 5m. The airport is only 50 mins away with very easy car hire pick-up arrangements. A taxi rank is just 50m from the apartment. A taxi is approx 80 euros. Street parking is available all around and it is normally easy to find space. We can arrange airport pick-ups on request.Son Servera is just 5km and has a weekly market. Opposite the apartment is a boat jetty where boat trips can be taken. It takes just 20 seconds to walk from the apartment across the promenade to the jetty.A bank and ATM are located within seconds walk from the apartment. Bike hire is available just 30m away. Restaurants, bars, cafes, bike hire, banks and supermarkets are all within a short walk.

20% non refundable deposit secures the booking. Balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival by bank transfer or cheque.
