Property Description

This lovely apartment is situated in the South-West of Mallorca and overlooks the beaches of Palma Nova. There is direct access to beach and it is near to the restaurants and nightlife.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living/dining room and kitchen.

Bedroom 1 has a large king size bed and has access to balcony. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds. 

Bathroom 1 has a full size bath/shower over and WC and bathroom 2 has a shower, bidet and WC.

The kitchen has a cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

The lounge/dining room is light and airy and has comfortable sofas and lots of good books, as well as a television and DVD. There is access to the terrace/balcony. This apartment has a large sunny balcony with chairs and a table. 

All linens are changed weekly and all linens and towels are included, except for beach towels. There is a maid service once a week.

This accommodation is suitable for families and couples. There is wheelchair access and parking available. It is non-smoking.

This apartment is just 20 mins drive from the airport. Because this apartment is situated in a central location use of a car is not necessary. However, there is parking available if needed. It is also only 10 mins from Palma by car. There is regular local transport available if required. A wide choice of local shops, restaurants, banks and supermarkets are nearby. It is just 5 mins from Puerto Portals. What's more, there are many excellent golf courses within close proximity of the apartment.
