Property Description

Our spacious immaculate 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom (2 en-suite) villa overlooks the 16th fairway of the prestigious Southern Dunes golf course. This is a gated community with 24 hour security.
There is a large formal lounge & dining room which has a queen size sofa bed. The spacious family room & kitchen is well equipped with cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with icemaker, cable TV, DVD/VCR player and stereo system.  This room also has a dining area with table 6 chairs and 2 bar stools and patio doors overlooking the pool area.  The master bedroom, overlooking the pool, has a queen size bed, large en-suite bathroom with seperate WC, walk-in shower and corner bath; there is also a phone, cable TV and VCR in this bedroom.  The double bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom and cable TV and the 2 twin bedrooms have a further full bathroom in between.
The villa is fully air-conditioned with fans fitted in the family room and bedrooms, making it more comfortable during the summer months.  There is a fully enclosed pool and spa (heating an optional extra) and the pool deck is larger than average with plenty room for sunbathing but also has a covered area for shade. It gets the sun for most of the day with the added bonus of beautiful evening sunsets. We have lovely views overlooking the golf course and are screened on either side by plants to give us privacy.
The utility area is in the large double garage with washer, dryer, ironing board & iron. The villa is fully equipped with every facility for self catering including all linen and pool towels.  We visit it ourselves on a regular basis to ensure everything is to the standard we ourselves enjoy.  As it is our second home we have also tried to make it 'home from home' for our guests to enjoy as well.
