Totally refurbished in 2005, the apartment offers a large living & dining area with balcony. A fitted kitchen consisting of cooker fridge/freezer/microwave. Leading from the hallway are the two spacious bedrooms both with balcony’s (extra beds can be sited if required). The master bedroom is ensuite & the 2nd bedroom has access to the 2nd bathroom from the hallway. This accommodation is in a well sort after location close to all amenities. The beach & centre are only 250 meters away. The apartment is positioned on the second floor, accessible by stairs only and is not suitable for wheelchair access.
