The villa is very comfortable throughout and sits in a spacious mature garden with a large lawn area and plenty of trees for shade. The spacious lounge/dining area is equipped with satellite digital TV, DVD and VCR player and has large sliding doors which lead to the outside terraces and pool area. The modern kitchen, complete with marble work tops and a breakfast area, is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer with ice maker, oven and hob. A separate utility room houses a washing machine/dryer and a second fridge-freezer. The master bedroom is spacious and has twin beds that can be made up as a double bed, en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a large terrace. There are a further three twin bedrooms which are all very spacious and have en-suite bathrooms. Two have patio doors to the garden area. Outside the landscaped garden has plenty of trees, shrubs and a lawn area.
