Refund of 40% of the reservation deposit will be made if cancellation is done 30 days before agreed rental period.
Cancellations made later than 29 days before agreed rental period will not be refunded If the apartment can not be let to another guest for the same period.
If cancellation is made after the full balance has been made, a cancellation charge will applied depending on the period of notice. I recommend that you contract a full holiday insurance that covers possible cancellations.
