Villa Yasmine is a large, comfortable, colourful house with a direct view onto the Atlantic ocean. This luxurious air-conditioned 5 bedroom villa is located in the popular town of Salé (near Rabat) Several family friendly beaches are located within 10 minutes of our villa Large, comfortable house with a direct view onto the Ocean. The villa has 5 livingrooms, 5 airconditioned bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, a terrace on sub-terrain level, 3 balconies and a large roof terrace. Check the pictures. The terraces are equipped with furniture and BBQ’s, for the long and hot Moroccan evenings. Weather in Salé is always fit for fantastic holidays! Due to the way villa Yasmine was build (divided into 2 apartments with own front doors and facilities) we can rent out the villa in several ways: the complete villa (5 bedrooms), the ground floor (2 bedrooms), the first floor (3 bedrooms) for more info. Villa Yasmine is located on the outskirts of Salé, a neighbouring village of Rabat, in a recently build calm area. Rabat is the Capital and governmental city of Morocco. Salé is the city where the Royal family resides and has a nice sea climate. Both cities are packed with great restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as plenty of shops and places of historical interest, in the neighbourhood you find several family friendly beaches. In the vicinity there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy water sports. There are also several excellent golf courses nearby. The nearby towns are great for shopping and are packed with museums and art galleries as well as other attractions as the Exotic Gardens of Bouknadel and many others.

Villa Yasmine, a dream to come true! An escape from town hustle and bustle in a tranquil village by the sea, where you can relax and not worry about anything! Villa Yasmine, a house with all modern utilities. Villa Yasmine is located at maximum of ±5 km of the International Airport most close (Rabat / Salé Airport (RBA)).The distance to the most important International Airport (Casablanca Mohamed V Airport (CMN)) is ± 125 km (please accept an 1,5 hour drive to the villa) Villa Yasmine is a big, comfortable house with a direct view on the Atlantic Ocean. This luxurious villa with 5 bedrooms is localized in the suburbs of the popular city of Salé (close to Rabat). The spacious villa contains 2 big open plan kitchen/dining rooms and 5 comfortable living-rooms (3 in Moroccan style, 2 in European style) the villa contains 3 bathrooms. Outside two terraces offer dining furniture and barbecues perfects for dines with a cooling breeze on hot Moroccan evenings! Through winter our villa can be completely heated by the split-unit air-conditioning's as well as by several gas- and electrical heaters. The villa has two floors and is divided in 2 separated apartments, with own front-doors and possesses diverse opportunities, you can rent the entire villa (equipped for 10 persons) only the first floor (equipped for 6 persons) or only the ground floor (equipped for 4 persons). Every apartment has a kitchen and separate bathrooms with toilet. Both Salé and Rabat are packed with restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as plenty of stores and plenty of places of historic interest. Several family friendly beaches including the "plage des Nations" are localized in 10 minutes of our villa and offer fantastic opportunities for water sports. The famous Royal Golf is in a 15 minutes drives.
Villa Yasmine - the complete villaVilla Yasmine contains five air-conditioned bedrooms. Up to 10 people and 1 baby can sleep comfortable in the villa. Four of the bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted closets for your clothing. Two of the closets (one on the ground floor, and one on the first floor) are equipped with a safe for safeguarding your personal belongings like jewelry, passports, bank- / or credit-cards etc. The safes are protected by a key-code which you can alter yourself. Four of the bedrooms are equipped with King-size double beds, one of the bedrooms is equipped with two single beds. This bedroom does not contain a personal Air-conditioning, but is cooled by an air-conditioning of an other bedroom. We have a move-able airco-unit available if necessary for this bedroom. The villa also contains five living-rooms. Three of the living-rooms are in Moroccan style, two of them are in European style. Two of the living-rooms are equipped with a satellite television set, and a DVD home cinema set (Arabic, English, French and German frequencies are available). The villa contains two kitchens which are situated in the souterrain (sub-terrain) level. These open plan kitchens also contains dining rooms. These kitchen / dining rooms contains dinner tables and Moroccan style benches. The kitchens are equipped with a fridge/freezer combination, a 4 ring stove, a microwave and coffee-machine, and off course all the necessary pots and pans (cooking utensils), a kettle, cutlery, crockery and glassware. The ground floor apartment kitchen is even equipped with an oven! The villa is equipped with 3 bathrooms, one with shower and toilet on sub-terrain level, one with shower, bidet, toilet and sink on ground floor level, and one with bath, bidet, toilet and sink on first floor level. Of course all bathrooms have hot- and cold streaming water! The villa has two terraces. These terraces are equipped with outdoor dining furniture and parasols. The terraces are also equipped with a BB-Q and crocks with plants. Perfect for dining on the warm Moroccan evenings! There is also access to several balconies. The villa is equipped with a washing machine. Salé, the city historySalé (Arabic: Sla) is a city in Morocco. Salé apparently was once colonized by the Phoenicians and the Carthaginians, who founded several colonies in Morocco, they probably inhabited the banks of the Bou Regreg. Salé was once founded on the South bank of the Bou Regreg, (now Rabat) where you find Chellah. Chellah is the site of the ruins of the Roman town known as Sala Colonia and referred to as Sala by Ptolemy. Extant are ruined Roman architectural elements including a Decumanus Maximus, as well as those of a forum and a triumphal arch. The researchers know a lot of the colony of Chellah, probably because of the good state of preservation of the site of Chellah. In the Utopias of Pirate, Peter Lamborn Wilson says: Salé... the dates support at least to the carthaginian times (around the seventh century before JC). The Roman ones called the place Sala Colonia, the party of their province of Mauritanie Tingitane. Pliny the Elder mentions it (as a desert city infested with elephants!). The Vandals captured the sector in the fifth century (the left-behinds of this Vandal colonization is the fact there are still numerous of blonds with blue or green eyes nowadays) The Arabs (seventh century) kept the old name and believed that it diverted from "Sala" (sic., his name is in fact Salah), the son of Ham, the son of Noah; they said that Salé was the first city ever constructed by the Berbers. In about 1630 Salé became a haven for Moriscos-turned-Barbary pirates. Salé pirates (the well-known "Sallee Rovers") roamed the seas as far as the shores of the Americas, bringing back loot and slaves. There is an American family van Salee descended from a Salee Rover who was captured by the Dutch and settled in New Amsterdam. The character Robinson Crusoe, in Daniel Defoe's novel by the same name, spends time in captivity of the local pirates and at last sails off to liberty from the mouth of the Salé river. In the eighty years of war Salé was an ally of the Republic of the Seven United Hollands; a lot of Dutch sailors used the harbor as a basis to divert Spanish boats; some became themselves pirate and established themselves there as a Muslim. Salé has played a rich and important part in Moroccan history. The first demonstrations for independence against the French, for example, sparked off in Salé. A good number of government officials, decision makers and royal advisers of both France and Morocco were from Salé. Salé people, the Slawis, have always had a "tribal" sense of belonging, a sense of pride which developed into a feeling of superiority towards the "berranis", i.e. Outsiders.
