Fully equipped kitchen complete with hob/oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and washing machine with tumble drier. Bright Lounge/dining room with comfortable furniture, built in fireplace, satellite TV and CD player. French windows open out into a lovely sunroom with sliding patio doors onto a sun terrace that overlooks the pool and garden. Outside there is a large swimming pool (10 x 5) with Roman steps,plenty of poolside furniture and a built-in BBQ. The property is very private and secluded and has an enormous garden, well stocked with colourful flowers which includes two paved terraces, and a newly lawned area suitable as a child’s play area. |

Son Parc has one of the best beaches in Menorca. There are lifeguard during the summer season. The beach is excellent for children. There is a beach bar and restaurant and water sports of all kinds. There is good parking near the beach which is a 10 min walk from the villa. |
