Property Description

The villa is in Ovacik and just 10 minutes away from Hisaronu by walk.
To go to Oludeniz or Fethiye city center it is again just 10 minutes walk to the main road.

Bedrooms:
There are three bedrooms; two with king size and one with twin beds, for six people.
One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom.  Another communal bathroom with
bathtub is available upstairs as well. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The safe
box is in the bedroom with en suite bathroom. All rooms are furnished with wardrobe
and dressing table. Two sets of bed covers - pillow case - bed sheet per bed are
ready in the rooms. Two sets of towels per person for indoor use are in your wardrobe.

Lounge & Kitchen
The lounge and living room are leading to the nice terrace overlooking the private pool
and the garden. There is an air-conditioning in the living room as well. A dinner
table for six for the lounge use is also available. In addition, 3 sets of different tables
( 1 wooden - 1 bamboo - 1 plastic ) are at the terrace for your service.

TV with satellite receiver - DVD - CD and VCD player is available for your use.


In the kitchen;

The terrace in front of the private pool with the large garden makes you relaxed as you
are having a drink. You can relax - have a drink or read your book/magazine at the
swing for two by the pool. The pool is 5*8 square-meter and maintained everyday
like the garden. Sun-loungers for six with sheets and sun umbrellas for three are available.
