Property Description |
Three bedroom townhouse in quiet location but with everything on your doorstep. Only a short 20 minute walk or a couple of minutes drive into the town of Cabanas where you will find many bars, cafés, restaurants and shops. Modern property and very spacious, nicely furnished with an outside courtyard with bbq. The swimming pool is just behind the property and is a good size with a separate bar. Bedroom 1 with double bed. Downstairs bathroom with bath. The living room is very cosy but spacious with two modern comfortable sofas, coffee table, dining table & chairs and a fire place. Air conditioning in each room. There is air conditioning in each of the rooms which supplies hot and cold air. The property is suitable for children but not for anyone who has trouble with stairs. Not suitable for people with walking difficulty of problems with climbing or descending stairs. The courtyard is at the rear of the house and has seating for six with a table. Traditional BBQ also available for use There are many household names here in the Algarve from Aldi to Modelo so you should not have any trouble finding these places but there are others; Pingo Doce, EcoMarche, InterMarche, Alisuper and more. They all sell a variety of foreign foods and of course Portuguese cuisine. The linen and towels are changed every week you stay but we can provide extra cleaning and linen changes if required at an additional cost. |

Faro International is the nearest airport and is approx 30 minutes from the house. We can arrange transfers for you at very good rates or we can send you car hire quote for the company we recommend. Conceicao is the village where the house is located and you will find a small variety of shops, cafes and a pharmacy. Only 15 - 20 minutes walk away you have the delights of Cabanas. Tavira is a beautiful town which is only a few minutes drive and offers many traditional Portuguese restaurants and bars and many cosmopolitan ones too. Tavira is a very charming town. Olhao and Faro are full of history and stunning buildings to look around and many shops and bars. Benamor golf club is 400m from the house and Quinta da Ria and Quinta do Cima is approx 2km. There are many other excellent golf courses within a short drive such as Monte Rei, Castro Marim, Quinta do Vale. We receive discounted golf prices at some of these courses so please let me know if you would like to costings.

Cancellation policy:
Should you need to cancel your holiday between 8 & 4 weeks before arrival then you will be given a refund based on a sliding scale depending on how close to your booking it is. If you cancel within the 4 weeks then you do not receive any monies back unles we can re let the property. |

Deposits:
We require a 25% booking deposit and the remainder 8 weeks before your arrival |

Other Fees:
We require a security deposit of 400 GBP or Euros which needs to be paid into the bank 2 weeks before your arrival. This will be returned to your bank account within ten days of your departure assuming there are no damages to the property. |

No smoking please inside the house there are ashtrays for use outside. |
