A traditional French cottage of 3 floors in a small village in the foothills of the Pyranees. It has a front garden with private parking, and a rear garden with a sheltered and an open patio. The lower floor has the entrance hall, cave and main bathroom. The first floor is open plan, having kitchen, dining and living areas. There are two sofas which double as beds. Two double bedrooms are on the second floor, one having a single and double bed. There is a separate tiolet and wash-hand basin. The cottage is of traditional stone construction with much charm. |

Le Tech lies in the Vallespir valley of the Tech river, about 15 miles from Spain. A quiet village between the historical Prats de Mollo and the spa town of Amélie les Bains. It is in the foothills of the Pyranees with many beautiful mountain pathways for walking. There is municipal swimming both in Prats (5 mn away)and Arles sur Tech, another local village. The Meditteranean sea and sandy beaches are about 45 mn drive away and skiing about one and a half hours into Spain or 2 hours for Andorra. |
