Villa 'Maresol' is situated in a little town, near the coast in 'Versilia'. Viareggio and its wide sandy beaches, a multitude of shopping and dining is only 15 minutes from the house. From the Villa you can reach very interesting destinations, such as Pietrasanta with 18-hole golf, marble artistry and the home of poet Carducci, Torre del Lago with Giacomo Puccini's villa and summer concert series or the famous seaside resort of Forte dei Marmi at 20 minutes. |
