This villa features European style furnishing. Your vacation experience is enhanced by a 42 inch HDTV as well as high speed internet and a phone/fax machine.

The kitchen features a Stove with Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, and Toaster. This home also features a in-house cloths washer and dryer.

The pool area features a Outdoor gas grill and a table with chairs for grilling, and entertaining.

All rental rates are subject to a 11% Tax: (5%Tourist – 6% Sales Tax)

Low Season (May to November)

Weekly rate: $499.00 Up to 4 guests

Monthly rate: $2100.00  Up to 4 guests
