Villa Barbara offers a large solar heated pool with beach chairs, BBQ (not gas grill) and a bar on the pool deck.

For your in house entertainment multichannel Cable TV, DVD, Flat-screen TV and wireless internet are provided.

Luxurious living is guaranteed by 3 Queen Sized Beds

All necessary linens and towels are provided.

The kitchen is full equipped including Cooking and Serving Utensils and Table Ware. Washer & Dryer are provided.

The Villa is Conveniently located near several shopping plazas. Business such as Jason's Deli, Dunkin Donut, McDonald, Publix, Ruby Tuesday, Target, Walgreen’s and several banks are only a 2-3 minute drive by car.

The Cape Coral beach it is approx. a 15 minute drive. The Sun Splash water slide park is even closer.

Pricing:

Up to 2 guests $450/ week

Up to 4 guests $500/ week

Any additional guest is $10/ night , max guests 6.

All rents subject to 11% Tax (6% Sales Tax, 5% Tourist Tax)

The per week rate is year round with no High Season rate hike.

Additional charge: $120 cleaning fee.

$400 security deposit.

250 Kwh / electricity per week is included. Additional use of electricity will be charged at $0.12/kwh
