Approx. 35 minutes to get out to the river, 1 lock to pass. This gorgeous fully air conditioned vacation villa, offers you a very well equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, blender, toaster, coffee maker, water kettle, egg cooker, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher to make it easy and relaxing for you, enjoy your cocktail time at the inside bar or have a play at the pool table.

For your comfort there are enough towels, beach towels, linens, dining set for 8 people, hair dryer, beach cooler, washer and dryer, pool lounges and dining table at the deck. Stay entertained with X Box games, multiple channel direct TV and watching DVD’s. Each bedroom has a plasma TV and DVD player. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the other bedrooms have a queen-size bed or  2 twin beds. There are also air beds/ mattresses available for additional guests.
