The Villa „Coral“ was newly built a few years ago and is located very close to the ocean (Gulf of Mexico), the Caloosahatchee River, and the Yacht Club Cape Coral with its many activities.

The extremely large patio with a large pool is covered with an airy screen, and offers a view of the beautiful garden with many blooming plants, as well as a wooden dock with a boat lift. The canal right in front of the garden offers a variety of fish – waiting for the enthusiastic fisherman.

Of course the patio and pool face West so you can watch the beautiful, romantic Florida sunsets.

The large entrance, the living- an dining area and the very modernly equipped kitchen promise an enjoyable and homey atmosphere. The villa also offers three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and all appliances and equipment you need for a comfortable living.
