Property Description

 

The villa is located in the countryside of Las Terrenas of the Samana peninsula, one of the most beautiful areas of the  Dominican Republic. Here are  beaches washed by a sea of a thousand colours, nearly always calm because , unique to the Island, they are surrounded by coral reefs. During the holidays and weekend the dominicans come here preferring these fantastic beaches over any other of the island.
 
The villa, immersed in a splendid tropical garden, can host up to 4 persons and is composed of a bathroom,two bedrooms ( one  with  mezzanine  )  , kitchen, large living terrace. All adds up to an ideal place to pass a stupendous vacation relaxing  at the beach and  enjoying the nature trails, and then  by night at the many restaurants, bars and night clubs . Services included without any extra charge: swimming pool, security guard 24 hours, internet wifi, security locked safe deposit,weekly cleaning and linen changes, laundry machine, bar-b-que , and cable TV.
 
Those who plan a stay of longer than 3 or 4  days are advised to hire  transportation as it is a pity not to visit the other beaches and natural areas around the island. For those who like to get around and see the other sights  or  move from one local place to  others in the night "movida" it is better  to hire a scooter or a quad to be rented. I can reserve  this service for you  in advance  at  savings of 40%  from renting in town. Always taxis can be reserved for meeting and pickup from the airport to the villa.
