Built in the private gated community of Vistas del Pacifico. Our Costa Rica vacation rental, the Villa La Amistad (house of friendship), is a privately owned, new home perched on top of a mountain overlooking the mouth of Culebra Bay and the Gulf of Papagayo on the Pacific Ocean in the Province of Guanacaste. 1800 sq. ft. of air conditioned space and over 800 sq. ft. covered Patio space. Our Costa Rica vacation rental is fully furnished with a complete kitchen, DVD-CD stereo, satellite TV, Rancho, private pool with waterfall and central air conditioning. Two bedrooms with king size beds leading to the balcony overlooking breath taking views of the Pacific. By the pool of our Costa Rica vacation rental you can sun bathe or sit under the Rancho and grill the fresh catch of the day as you sip on a cold beverage. Or simply relax after a day of activities. When the sun goes down, the fiber optic lighting system throughout the landscape and around the pool will lure you to enjoy the night air. Average temperature is 70 at night, 88 in the day. Sit and watch the sunset from the four high back leather rocking chairs on the patio or sit in the grass roof rancho at the table for four. Patio has 2 ceiling fans to keep the Guanacaste winds moving in your direction. Grass roof Rancho has gas BBQ grill, sink, built in cooler, ceiling fan, LED lights and ice maker for your convenience.
Spacious 20'x 25'entertainment room. 32" TV with Direct TV Satellite hookup. DVD-CD 5 Disc changer, Palm leaf ceiling fans, 7' palm tree, over sized sofa with 2 over sized chairs with ottoman. Native sculptures and 3 hand painted wall murals. Spacious dining room with large dining room table with 6 chairs made from native wood. Gorgeous! Complete kitchen- microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, George Foreman grill, blender, dishwasher and more. In the utility room we have a washer and dryer. Villa Amistad! Where do we begin? Our trip to Playa Panama has been absolutely amazing! When we left Atlanta 7 days ago, we had not a clue as to what was awaiting our arrival.From the gorgeous casa, tranquila mar, Buena Vista, Playa Caboyal & sailing with Captain John on Drums of Bora. We can't say enough. Everyone was amazing. The simple way of life here truly makes you remember what is important. We strongly recommend doing all of the above along with being adventures and seeing as much of this beautiful place as possible - Tamarindo - fun young surf town. Play Panama - Mario at Costa Congrejo prepared us dinner on the beach next to a fire under the stars - Wonderful! Sunset cruise, hanging out by the pool and never getting use to waking up with a slice of heaven outside your bedroom door!
