This recently constructed villa, is part of an exclusive development of just 6 villas steps away from the sea, and 150 meters to the centre of Luz. The villa is air conditioned, and has all the modern amenities you would expect. A large dining and lounge area opens up to the patio with full length sliding doors. Take in the sea breezes on a furnished patio which overlooks azure waters. The lounge area has a large screen TV with both Free-to-Air satellite receiver and DVD. There is also a a mini-HiFi unit with CD.
The kitchen is modern and spacious providing microwave, oven, gas hob, large refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. This is the perfect accommodation if you wish to self cater. The unit is entered via a main door at the rear or directly from the basement parking. Storage for golf clubs, surfboards, bicycles etc is provided just inside the unit at the basement level.

The village of Luz features numerous bars, cafes and restaurants as well as a supermarket and various shops. The clean beach of Praia da Luz is less than 250 meters from the villa, and is well known for its varied water sports. Equipment is available for hire as well as a beach volleyball net. Horse riding, tennis courts etc are all available in Luz or a few minutes away. Coastal walking paths and cycling tracks start about 20 yards from the villa. Boa Vista Golf Course is also on the edge of the village. Palmares and Parque da Floresta are 15 minutes away, Henry Cotton's Penina, Alto and the new Nick Price course are 25 to 30 minutes away. Golfers are very well catered too by this villa!
