Villa Magnolia is a stunning, modern luxury villa that has an amazing large red glass mirror on entrance with brown leather chair. The lounge has a fantastic black leather corner lounge suite with grey cushions and a red throw that give it that splash of colour.  Breathtaking red crystal chandeliers add to the lounge and compliment the glass dining table with cream leather seating.

The unusual extra large black wooden bedstead and matching side cabinets in bedroom one give this room a truly majestic feel.  The bed is dressed in wonderful beige and brown coverings. 

 

Bedroom two is decorated in wonderfully romantic shabby chic with cream wooden furniture and gold satin bedspread.  This room also has a standing mirror that will help you dress ready for your evenings out.

 

The pale blue suede matching twin beds in bedroom three have tropical leafy bedspreads and the most amazing red light fitting and modern wall art.

 

As you enter your luxury villa you will find the entrance beautifully furnished, the living and dining area sumptuous and the kitchen modern and fully equipped, including dish washer. An air conditioning unit is provided in the lounge for your comfort, whilst all of our lounge suites offer an open plan design that lead directly out onto the fully paved pool area. Also located on the ground floor is a cloakroom with washbasin where the iron and ironing board are conveniently located. From the living area, double patio doors lead you outside to your own private overflow swimming pool which is cleaned twice a week to ensure it is both healthy and sparklingly clean. Also located outside is a an outdoor shower, and a BBQ area with outdoor furniture to make your alfresco dining experience complete.

At the top of the marble staircase you will find the washing machine. All of our villas in Cyprus have three bedrooms located on the upper floor - the master suite has a double bed and en-suite with shower, the second bedroom also has a double bed with the third bedroom having twin beds. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning units for your comfort, fitted wardrobes for your convenience and double doors leading out to your balcony for your enjoyment. On this level you will find the family bathroom which is fully equipped with both a bath and shower. Also provided for your enjoyment and convenience is Sky TV, Playstation 2, and DVD player.

Protaras is situated between Cavo Greco and the village of Paralimni and boasts the fabulous Fig Tree Bay, which stretches over 10 miles of Sandy Beach. The weather in Protaras is warm all year round, the summers are long and hot and the winters are very mild.

 

Protaras is more suited to family life. It offers a good choice of shops, restaurants, family outdoor bars, amusement park and night time entertainment. Also, a great experience for everyone is to visit the ocean aquarium and the magic dancing waters in Protaras.

 

Prophet Elias has a panoramic view of the entire town and the sea which will simply amaze you. One can climb the many steps up the hill to view this breathtaking sight and visit the small church of Prophet Elias at the top. It is also a very popular spot for couples who get married in Cyprus to have a photo call after their civil wedding ceremony.

Cancellation policy:

The 20% deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation payment where cancellation is made before the 60th day before your arrival.   Cancellation within 60 days of arrival will be charged on a sliding scale - 100% between 1 and 7 days, 90% between 8 and 14 days, 80% between 14 and 21 days, 70% between 22 and 28 days, 60% between 29 and 35 days, 50% between 36 and 42 days, 40% between 43 and 49 days, 30% between 50 and 60 days.

A security deposit of 300 Euros € is payable within 14 days of arrival to cover the cost of repair of any damage caused or any item needing replacement if the responsibility is yours.  On arrival you will be given a full inventory of the villa as checked prior to your arrival and you will be advised of any existing damages. This will be agreed with you and duly signed and before your departure the villa will be checked again. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure less any agreed payment due.  If the damage caused exceeds the security deposit paid, you will be invoiced for the balance to be paid within 30 days of departure.

Other policies:

All Villas must be vacated by 11am on the morning of departure and access to the villa on arrival will be 4pm or after.   If the villa is required longer for late departures a surcharge of 50% of the daily rate is payable, provided the villa is not to be prepared for guests arriving at 4pm. We will provide storage for your luggage between 11am and your departure to the airport so you can enjoy your last day.

 

8. All sundries provided in the villa on the day of arrival are complimentary and any additional sundries required will be subject to a charge.  Complimentary Food and drink Welcome packs are provided for guests who are staying for a minimum of 4 nights.  Guests who are staying for less than 4 nights can be provided with the welcome pack at a charge of 15 Euros.  The welcome pack consists of Orange juice, bottle of white wine, sugar, milk, coffee, biscuits, bread, 1ltr bottle of water, tea, jam and butter.

 

9. For a small charge we will also provide transport to the local supermarket for you to stock up, at any time during your stay.

 

10. We offer free airport transfers to bookings of 5 days or more.  Any bookings for less than 5 days will incur a transport fee.  Please note that complimentary transfers are 1 each way per villa.

 

11. In the interest of hygiene, under no circumstances do we allow pets of any kind into the villas.  Guests that arrive with animals will be asked to vacate the villa

 

12. As the Villas are in a residential street we ask all guests to respect their neighbours and keep their noise to an acceptable level.  Those who do not, will be asked to vacate the premises.
