Both houses have their own kitchen and living areas and lovely sea and mountain views plus there is a private pool, BBQ, shady eating area and garden, which are very private and not overlooked. The main house consists of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom,sun terrace plus another apartment below (restricted height) with lounge, twin beroom and shower-room. The duplex villa consists of lounge, kitchen /diner, bedroom with en-suite shower room and terrace over looking pool and a further roof terrace. The outside areas consist of a lovely garden with mature shrubs and trees, swimming pool, eating area and terraces. |

The villa is located in an urbanisation a few minutes walk from the lovely conservation villa of Maro, just on the cliffs above the sea. Just a 4 minute drive away is the tourist holiday town of Nerja where there is all the facilities you will need shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks etc. The villa of MARO has a couple of shops plus a couple of cafes / bars. There are numerous beaches along the coast from natural coves to busy tourist resort beaches with all the normal facilities you would expect. The villa is also next to the Caves of Nerja and the national park which has numerous areas to walk and picnic. Nerja is just a 45 minute from Malaga airport and just 1.5 hours from Granada city.
