The Villa Marta is located in Anacapri, one of the two city halls on the Island of Capri, on the road to the famous Blue Grotto. With one of the most beautiful views of the island and Mediterranean right across the street, this villa caters to those seeking the beauties of nature and a tranquil oasis in which to relax and enjoy one of the most enchanting islands in the world.
The architecture is typical of Capri, white-washed stucco walls, gentle arches set off by terracotta tiles on the exterior and delicately hand-painted majolica tiles in the interior.
The house is surrounded by a luxurious garden, filled with crimson geraniums, umbrella pines and typical Mediterranean vegetation. A sky-blue swimming pool awaits you for an afternoon of relaxation.
Enjoy the sun setting over the Mediterranean while sipping your favorite drink at a romantic cocktail table for two overlooking a breathtaking view.
The Villa is composed of 3 bedrooms (one with private bath), 2 and a half baths (one bathroom with shower, one with bathtub), kitchen and living-dining room. A beautiful terra-cotta tiled terrace is perfect for mealtime.

The Villa is only minutes away from the Blue Grotto and conveniently located on the Blue Grotto-Anacapri bus line. The town of Anacapri is 2 km away and can be reached easily by bus (10 minutes) or by a nice walk (20-25 min.).
The Blue Grotto beach, the nearest beach to the Villa, can be reached by foot (10-15 min) or by bus (5 min). Other beaches, such as Il Faro in Anacapri or Marina Piccola in Capri are easily reached by bus or taxi.
Scooters are available for rent on the island. We do not recommend bringing a car. The roads in Capri are very narrow and not easy manageable.
Capri is not only filled with interesting places to visit and especially nature walks to take, but is also close to other exciting destinations perfect for day-trips: Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi.

Cancellation policy:
Deposit paid is non-refundable if booking is cancelled. Full payment is due 60 days before start of rental. Failure to pay balance within this time will lead to automatic cancellation of booking and loss of deposit. In the event of a cancellation you will be entitled to a refund of the rental fee subject to the following penalties: 60 days before start of rental - 30% deduction of total rental rate 59-30 days before start of rental - 50% deduction of total rental rate 29-15 days before start of rental - 80% deduction of total rental rate 14 days and less before start of rental- No Refund |

30% of total rental fee is required to confirm booking. |

Other Fees:
A security deposit of €350,00 per week is due upon arrival. The deposit will be returned upon inspection of property on departure day. Telephone charges are not included and must be paid separately on day of departure. |
