Villa Dal Pinetto is located in a spectacular location in Montepulciano offering wonderful views of not only vineyards but also the towns of Cortona and the historical center of Chianciano Terme, famous for its natural spas – thermal baths have built on ancient hot springs.

The villa itself is historical and offers an authentic Tuscan experience to its guests. starting with the cypress trees all around the villa, which lend to a beautiful feel of the countryside charm. The villa has been done up with all modern amenities but the original rustic feel has been retained.  All bedrooms are air-conditioned and Wi-Fi internet access is available.

The Ground floor has 3 large air-conditioned bedrooms all with private bathrooms. There is a family-style kitchen equipped with huge six burner stove. There are two living areas and a dining room furnished with comfortable furniture. Then, there is the ‘great room’ – this room connects the two living areas and the dining room and has grand brick arches that run through the entire stretch of the room.

The First Floor has another living room with satellite TV and DVD player. There is a second kitchen, again fully equipped and has a fireplace and grill. There are 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Adjacent to the villa, there is a cottage with a living room and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.  This cottage can accommodate 4 additional people in a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room.

There is a lovely pool in gardens. The perfectly manicured garden is furnished with pretty garden furniture suitable alfresco dining. The villa has many terraces and patios where guests can relax and enjoy the views.

On the night of the arrival at the villa, there is a complimentary dinner in traditional Tuscan style (ready to heat & serve), accompanied by wine. Apart from this there is also a complimentary welcome breakfast basket. There is also an organic fruit orchard and the guests are welcome to take a pick from the fresh produce anytime.

The estate also produces wine and olive oil. Wine tours and wine tasting can be organized on request.

The city of Montepulciano is just 6 kms from the villa. This city is a store house of great Italian art, history and culture. It is also considered one of the top Tuscan and Italian wine producing regions with its Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. Cortona, Pisa & San Gimignano are close by for day trips. Siena and Florence are just 45min drive from the villa.

The villa can also be rented partially for 6-8 people in 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. By this arrangement, guests have access to the ground floor of the villa - and importantly would be the only clients of the villa with exclusive pool and garden access.
