Property Description

This Torre style villa is in very well kept complex within walking distance to Santa Ponsa I golf course and driving range. The garden is a good size and has a seating area under a covered terrace. The community pool is an excellent size with plenty of sun loungers.

Each of the 3 double bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a double bed. The 1st double bedroom is situated at the front of the house and overlooks Santa Ponsa I golf course while the 2 remaining bedrooms are at the rear of the house and overlook the driving range.

There is an en-suite bathroom in the main master bedroom which has a bath, shower, wc and wash basin with fitted cupboard under sink. The 2nd bathroom has a shower, wc, wash basin and fitted cupboard. There is also a separate downstairs cloakroom.

The kitchen is equipped with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and use of all crockery and utensils.

The lounge has 2 large brown leather sofas, 1 armchair, tv, video, dvd player, going through to an open plan dining room with table and 4 chairs (extra seating is available if requested).

Towels and linen can be provided if required without any problem. The property can be cleaned as and when requested including fresh towels and bed change. This service is at an additional cost.

The garden surrounding the property is well maintained, mainly laid to lawn with large olive tree at the entrance to garden surrounded by round stone wall. The garden has a seating area situated under a covered terrace. Sun loungers are also provided for your personal use. The community pool is a very good size. It does not have a separate area for a children's pool.

The property has 3 steps going up to the main front door and access to the 3 double bedrooms is via the main staircase, so it is not ideally suitable for people with mobility problems.

Santa Ponsa has a good selection of bars and restaurants and the beach is only about a 5-10 minute drive from this complex. Just outside the complex gates you will find the Santa Ponsa Golf Hotel which is surrounded by beautiful scenery. Santa Ponsa Country Club is within easy walking distance. (5-10 minutes).The nearest airport is Palma airport which is about 25 minutes drive to the property. Car hire is recommended although you can walk down to Santa Ponsa - it would take around 30 minutes. Palma Nova and Magalluf are only about a 5-10 minute car ride away where you will find plenty of bars and restaurants and beautiful beaches. Andratx is a lovely fishing port. It would take around 15-20 minutes by car. There are local buses take you to various destinations including Palma city and other tourist attractions.
