Villa Ribeiro 1 and 2:

Each villa has 2 bedrooms with large wardrobes, air conditioned, private
bathrooms with separate shower and bathtubs. The kitchen is fully equipped
including a nice dining area whith seats for 8-10 people, equipped with state of
the art kitchen package (oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc). The
lounge has comfortable and modern sofas (one of them converts into a comfortable
double bed or two twin beds), Satellite TV equipment and DVD Player.

Villa Ribeiro 3:

5 bedrooms: 2 ensuite bedrooms, plus 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioned and
large wardrobes, 2 bathrooms. Full equiped kitchen including a nice dining area
which includes seating for 12 to 14 people, and is equipped with state of the
art kitchen package (oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher,etc), fire
blankets, extinguishers and fire detectors. The lounge has some comfortable
modern sofas, Satellite TV equipment and DVD Player.

Outside:
Each villa has a private terrace area with
table and chairs which is near the kitchen and a barbeque area, a front terrace
with snooker/pool table and private swimming pool. Complete set of garden
furniture including table, chairs, sunchairs and shades. Private parking in the
entrance of each villa.

Prices include: Regular cleaning service, all household
towels and linens (including laundry), gas, water, electricity and heating.
Satellite TV with local and international channels, in room safe, cots and
highchairs for infants.

Açoteias, Albufeira is very well known for its beautiful sandy beaches with amazing cliffs, excellent for diving, fishing and aquatic sports. The weather is suitable for sun bathing almost all year round and for swimming at the beach in the spring and summer.
The closest beach is Falésia (1 km), with high cliffs surrounded by pine and palm trees, bar, disco and restaurant in the beach with very impressive views.
