Property Description |
A fantastic family holiday home which is located in the Central Shoalhaven Area close to Jervis Bay and Ulladulla Fishing Harbour. It backs onto the waterways which are a haven for fishing and local boat hire. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedroom 3 has twin beds. There is also a cot available on request which can fit in bedroom 1 & 2. There is a shower, bath, handbasin and separate wc and also an additional shower and wc in the utility room. The open plan living area and kitchen have expansive water views and there is a further open plan dining and living area with log burner. There is also a large rumpus room Linen and towels (with exception of beach towels) are inccluded. However, the price does not include the final clean, which this is $150. There is no cleaning during your stay, but this can be arranged upon request at an extra cost. Linen and towels are changed weekly. Please note that the property is on one level internally, except the rumpus room.

The local beach is just a 5 minute drive away with access to miles of white sandy beaches. There are also various river and inlet swimming areas all within minutes by car and walking. It is a 5 minute drive to the local golf course. Sydney Airport is a 2.5 hour drive north. Public transport is very limited so car hire is recommended. Canberra Airport is a 3.5 hour drive inland. |
