Cancellation policy:

Should you cancel your booking, or the booking is cancelled by us due to non-payment of the balance, then we shall be entitled to retain the following :

More than 12 weeks before departure : The deposit paid - up to a maximum of £300

Between 10 and 12 weeks before departure : The deposit paid - up to a maximum of £350

Between 8 and 10 weeks before departure : The deposit paid – up to a maximum of £400

8 weeks or less before departure 100% of rental paid

 
Deposits:

25% of the total cost at the time of booking. Balance 8 weeks prior to start date of booking.
Other Fees:

An additional refundable security/damage deposit of £150 is payable at the same time as the final balance to cover repairs, replacements, loss of keys or other costs resulting from your stay.

This will be refunded on return of the keys and confirmation from our manager that everything is in order.

No Smoking permitted inside the villa.
