THE LODGE : The spacious living and dining room complete with open fireplace is a firm favourite with large groups. There are 3 big bedrooms, the first is a double with ensuite, the second sleeps 3 and shares a family bathroom while the third bedroom comfortably sleeping 4 people. Sleeps 10 people . Our cottages are home from home, set in our our beautiful farmland, with the Dinin River flowing through, you will find that Nulty's Cottages is a place where peace and tranquility are free! If you can tear yourself away from your cottage, there are many things you can do in and around the city and county.If you are a golfing fan you can play at several beautiful courses: Mount Juliet, Thomastown, Kilkenny, Callan, Castlecomer or Gowran. You can go river fishing in the River Nore , swimming,(The state of the art Watershed Sports and swimming complex ,is great for children and families) canoeing, walking, cycling, shooting, horse back riding, horse racing, clay pigeon shooting and go karting. There is also McDonagh Junction where you will find a host of other things to do including great shopping, restaurants and a bowling alley. The children will love The Reptile Park at Gowran, and Castlecomer Discovery Park. For the more active, and want something more exciting, why not visit the Paintball Group, in Boris, Co. Carlow! Kilkenny has a wide range of forest parks; there is something for every age group.
Kilkenny city plays host to many festivals during the year. Why not time your visit to take in one of these: The Cat laughs comedy festival. The Rhythm & Roots festival, The long established Kilkenny Arts Festival, The Smithwicks Source festival, or the recently occurring Savour Kilkenny food festival.

Nulty's Cottages is very accessible now that the new M9 has opend from Dublin and Waterford, we are also within easy access of the M7 to Limerick and Cork. We are situated on the N78 on the Castlecomer Road, near Jenkinstown Woods, at Dunmore. While in the beautiful rural area of Kilkenny,yet we are still only 7 minutes by car from Kilkenny City.
